“The two bags I ordered arrived within the 3-5 days stated. Not only in strong polystyrene bags but also in waterproof plastic, so I could leave the bags out in the rain. Each bag was left on a pallet. Wood was birch, which burns well and is a hardwood. The size of the logs is excellent for an average sized wood burner, nicely split with some smaller pieces too which I find helpful to start the fire. I'm very happy.”
