“Normally very good value, good burning logs, so on that basis I would have rated 5 stars, but this delivery was disappointing, hence the 2 stars. Many of the logs were cut very thin and small and plenty of them were no better than kindling. They will burn away very quickly. I informed the company who explained that they were a different supplier and gave me a 20% refund, which was fair.”

“Great quick and flexible service, placing the order was easy enough and first delivery date wasn’t suitable but with a quick email it was amended easily.
Order arrived and was able to track it, order was well packaged. My only disappointed was with the content and in particular the excessive level of loose bark (this definitely exceeded the 5% max that was stated on the description page).
We’ve ordered kiln dried logs before but never received this significant amount of loose bark in the delivery. We had to separate out the bark as we were unpacking the delivery and stacking the logs; and it’s taken up more than 3 kindling bags worth of space, which was wasted space that could have been used for more wood.”
