“Coal came soaking wet on a broken pallet which made it very difficult and messy to receive the delivery. Otherwise I trust the product will deliver the intended result next winter.”
“I have had a multi fuel stove for years and I have been trying out different makes of coal every winter. I can honestly say that the Excel smokeless burns at least twice as hot and long as the cheaper ones and with very little waste so you're not emptying the ashes all of the time.

“Product is good, the company however is less so. After initial order number I heard nothing, ended up having to phone 2 weeks later to chase delivery
Then the delivery driver called well after the delivery window (9-5) and called twice trying to get me to take the delivery (id had to go out after waiting all day), this was marked as 2 missed deliveries. Thankfully got it 3 days later”
