But delivery was a different experience, bearing in mind the pallet weighs a ton, the driver was very unhelpful, would not make any effort to put the pallet where required, kerbside drop at best so had to, bag by bag, carry up drive. Makes it reluctant to reorder.”
“Good value smokeless fuel delivered to the house and offloaded by onboard crane on a pallet to a safe place. It burns well and the 20kg bags are easier to handle compared to 25kg bags. The only negative is that some of the bags are not sealed very well resulting in a small amount of spillage. Buying this way represents about £3 per 10kg cheaper than buying 10Kg bags at many local stores and garages.”

“The coke is OK and for a good price. Delivery took a little longer than I was expecting, but acceptable as it did come on the day it was arranged for, but what lets the company down is a complete lack of customer service.
I sent 3 e-mails and did not have the courtesy of a reply to any of them. Why have an e-mail address when you ignore your customers. I would not recomend this company based on this recent delivery.
I have used them twice before and they answered my e-mails then.”
