“On the whole, these insoles feel good. My right foot is happy (but to be honest, it is always pretty happy). Unfortunately, I am continuing to experience an aching/burning pain in my left foot at the 3rd-5th metatarsophalangeal joints when hiking and biking even with the new Insoles inserted in my hiking boots or bike shoes. I was hoping these insoles would alleviate that pain. While there is some help from the extra cushioning, the pain has continued. Maybe another model would be better?”
