“These insoles give great arch and metatarsal support and are very well made. They have the potential of being very comfortable. However, they are thick. When inserted into just about any of my shoes, there is no room for my toes and the heel elevates my foot up out of the back of the shoe. I'll have to find just the right shoe to use these with, because the bottoms of my feet really want me to use them. The other problem is that they are made of a material that does not allow a socked foot to slide over them easily. The footbed grabs the sock and the end of the sock ends up tightly stretched against the toes, forcing them to curl. This is very uncomfortable. Still looking for the right shoe to use these guys in.”
