“These are excellent insoles. I first tried the 3030s for metatarsal support, but I needed more arch support. These were perfect and after wearing for awhile my metatarsal plain completely cleared up. I wear 8.5 and the women's 8.5-9 were good. They fit well in my size 9 shoes and needed a little trimming in my 8.5 shoes. I did find it easier to wear these in size 9 shoe because they take up extra space even if you remove the old insoles.”
