I have plantar fasciitis. I have had it for around 1.6 years. The only thing that has helped was by getting a shot. My last shot didn't help. The pain in my heel was getting really bad again. I tried a couple different insoles. They didn't work. This insole from the The Insole Store has been awesome. All the heel pain disappeared from day 1. Unbelievable.

My (obviously poor) memory was that I was told 10-second was a USA brand. It is sold in Charlotte, and distributed from Hickory. However, it is made in China, and I do not knowingly purchase anything made in China. That said, it is a decent arch support, but certainly no better than Pinnacle, which is made in the USA.

I have worn New Balance men’s running shoes for running and all day comfort for 40 years. For best cushioning and arch support I remove the NB inserts and replace with 3810.
