“I have used this product before and it works for me. I am uneven when I stand and it gives me just enough lift that I am not pounding my hip every time I walk. I like that it is adjustable and also very durable. It doesn't fall apart even after years of use. I wear it in my sandles, sneakers, shoes, boots. It is very easy to interchange with shoes. I have tried other inserts but this works best for me.”
