“My Podiatrist Dr. Nelson recommended the metatarsal pads be added to my diabetic orthotic insert in my shoes. It seems to do the trick in reducing toe cramps that have been caused by hammertoes and a very high arch. I have an insert in two of my shoes, but it seems to work best in my athletic shoes. It only took a few days for me to receive the metatarsal pads after ordering them online. I think it only took about 6 days until they arrived. Excellent service.”
