“The insoles are much much smaller than expected and it does not fit entirely in the shoes. It does slip and it becomes really very impossible to walk. I am very disappointed in that purchase.”

“I principally bought these for running but I haven’t had a chance to try them for that yet (we’ve had bitterly cold temps). But I have used them on many walks. When I first used them my entire body felt different, all the way up through my hips and into my back. In the days since I’ve felt some lower back muscle tightness spontaneously releasing, which was amazing and a nice surprise. They did require some getting used to for me. For example, I had some minor calve pain for a few days early on, but that cleared up pretty quickly. They appear to be very well made, not a trace of cheapness in their construction. I would recommend this brand of insole to anyone who wants to try to address their gait when walking or running. I can’t wait to see how they help support me in my runs!”
