“These heel cushions are outstanding and hard to find an equivalent, since they are a wedge shape and firm, unlike the gel heel cushions and others. If you have severe fallen arches or flat feet and any arch is uncomfortable, these are an excellent help to lift the arched orthotic up in the heel just enough to minimize the rise and drop of the foot over the arch support and smooth it out to make it wearable for such a condition. These were very helpful and I highly recommend them.”
