“These inserts elevated my heel to where my feet were sliding forward into the toe bed and placing pressure on my big toe joint. The heel cup did not recede as expected, elevating my heel and placing additional strain on the metatarsal joints. Additionally, the glue on the heel cup adherence basically destroyed the footbed of my boot when I removed them after one full day of wearing. Do not buy.”
“These have good arch support, could be little higher for me. I have high arches. The metatarsal is new for me but it's giving me pain relief. I can stand and walk longer without changing my shoes.
