“I add these under my soft arch supports for my very high arch, and they work great. Shoes, sandals, boots, and slippers are all different, so I use various sizes and styles of arch supports and have to augment them with various things. The sticky backing is pretty strong, they are the right amount of cushioning, and the price is pretty decent for the product.”
