“I have not had these long enough for a solid review but in the first few weeks of wearing these in my Hokas, walking mainly on pavement, they perform as intended. They relieve my metatarsal pain and help with plantar fasciitus discomfort. They are not as comfortable as the 10 seconds 3030 but in my cushy Hokas they provide good support.”
