“I have tried several of the "gel" type insoles and while this is one of the "better" ones, it's still not that great. I could tell within 5 minutes the first time that I tried them they are designed to look like they would feel good and they are very cushy, but they give no support so my plantar fasciitis is worse with this type of gel insole. I'm going to stick with the solid ones, they just seem to give me better arch support and keep my feet in place.”
