“First off, I'm a huge fan of Spenco insoles, however these supposedly designed for Plantar Fascia cause more pain than help since the heal pad is reversed of what it should be to help you.”
“I bought three different pairs of insoles for my low-arch feet which suffer from Plantar Fascia (Superfleet Flexthin All Purpose Cushion, Spenco Total Support Gel and Spenco RX Plantar Fascia), and for me, the Superfleet Flexthin is the best pair. Spenco RX Plantar has the worst all-day comfort for me, with very poor moisture management, a lot of movement inside the shoe while walking and a noticeable bump in the heel where that would cause discomfort during extended walking periods. Even though it seems overpriced given the Styrofoam material used for the Superfleet Flexthin, I would still recommend this product. I would say the order the insoles listed is my order of preference; I liked the Spenco Total Support Gel, it was the most comfortable of all, the highest quality material (gel and plastic) and provided good enough moisture management, but drawbacks included that it moved a lot inside the shoe and had midsole support that was higher than my foot could take so would cause discomfort, even pain when standing or walking for even short periods. Superfleet Flexthin offers all-day comfort, great moisture management, and no movement inside the shoe while walking, making it my favorite choice.”
