“It's great for a few moments until I put it on a real test of 5-mile walking. It was not as good as the orthofeet insole which came with my orthofeet plantar fascitis shoes. The idea for this insole was great, but it missed a couple of opportunities to improve. It would greatly improve if it had a polyurethane heel cushion. The "shock absorbing" curved plastic could have a little more stiffness for real shock absorbing (I'm not even that heavy - 159cm tall, 130lbs) but the shock absorber kind of collapsed on me and I could barely feel it pushing up resistance or tension. For the rating it gets from other people, it is kind of overrated.”
