“First the good news: The foot warmers slid easily into my size 9 snow boots. And they activated quite quickly. Now the not-so-good news. I bought these for my recent trip to Norway to view the Northern Lights. By the time I got off the ship and traveled to the viewing site, they were no longer noticeably warm. And as the evening progressed, standing on ice and snow for a couple of hours, my feet got cold. So I would say they work well, but only for about an hour.
I would like to add that I have never used foot warmers before, so I have no frame of reference. Perhaps standing on ice and snow for hours was asking too much of any product. Any reader should note this and look for additional reviews from people with more experience.”
