Ultra liners have been a best seller at The Nappy Lady for many years. They are a lovely thick liner ideal for dealing with liquid newborn poo. Very simple to use and make pooey nappy changes simple and quick to deal with.
“Although I'm not planning to reuse wet liners at the moment, I have accidentally washed some and was surprised by how well they came out! As good as new! They are longer and wider than others and great quality. I'm very happily using them with Charlie Bananas one size nappies and they fit perfectly (a bit long on small setting but perfect fit on med-large).”
“These liners are fab, strong enough to contain even the most runny of poos and the few that have accidentally gone through the wash haven't disintegrated!”
“Overall I love these liners. They are strong, thick and have a nice feeling texture to them that I am happy to have next to my baby's skin. I wash the wet (not pooey) liners and reuse them. I definitely do not flush them for fear of blocking our drains. The only criticism I have is that they are slightly too wide for my Fuzzibunz and Smartipants nappies. I have to fold them length-ways slightly to make them fit. But given all of the positive features I will definitely continue to use these liners.”
“These work well. Tend to throw them out not flush them due to laziness at proximity to bin rather than toilet when changing however after reading other reviews will try washing them and definately not flushing, agree that they probably add to blockages in sewer system.”
“These are very good quality liners and if only wet (I throw away pooey ones) they can be washed many times. Although they are sold as being flushable because they are biodegradable, I don't agree they should be flushed down the toilet. The fact that they wash many times without degrading shows that they will take a very long time to break down, so not quickly enough to get through the sewer system. We have recently received a letter from our local water company telling us we must not flush anything down the loo other than toilet paper as items are blocking up the sewarage system. They say that although products are marked as flushable, they really shouldn't be. So even if they flush away from your system without a problem, it may be causing a problem further down the line. Best to throw away in household waste (whether you decide to separate the poo and flush just that away is up to you, depending on how easy that is logistically!).”
