Close breastpads are unique with their teardrop shape. The bottom of the teardrop is held in place your under your bra elastic so that when you go to feed your breastpad doesn't fall out and is held i place. Close breastpads have an antiwicking layer to help you feeling nice and dry.

“I was really hopeful about these breastpads, as I wanted something that didn't feel wet as quickly and also stayed in place better than the Little Lamb breastpads. They are good for overnight as they do stay in place well, and moisture seems to be drawn away from the surface. However, they have a seam on the skin side that can be quite itchy if you are sensitive to seams or tags against your skin. I was able to get used to it somewhat, but still have days when I prefer not to wear them. I would definitely give 5 stars if this was not the case, as otherwise they are comfortable and a good shape and size!”

“These are the best breast pads I've tried by far, largely because they're so smooth so they don't stick to you even if you've applied a nipple cream - this caused me agony from other brands during those early days of breastfeeding! They contour nicely so fit well, really pleased with these.”
