“This is the second Pip box I have received and I must say it was very poor, very disappointing items. First box was good but I’m wondering if I should cancel my subscription as it’s really not worth the money.”

“Well, I chose the pip box because it was vegan etc, but I found the products a little too small for the price of £20 a month. So I unsubscribed. Lovely as they were. I could get two big bottles for that price. Not a few small samples! Thankyou”

“I signed up for Pip box because I was so happy to see a beauty box consisting of only cruelty-free products. I love their dedication and wanted to support the cause, as well as enjoy and discover new quality products. However, I must say I was quite disappointed when I unpacked the box. I don't know the products' individual prices but it seemed to me that I payed more than I got - 2 single eyeshadows/highlighters, a face cream miniature, a single face mask and a face cream that I might not be able to use because of some of the ingredients.. Overall I regret spending my money on it and I probably won't repurchase :(”

“Can’t really rate the box as still have not received one despite paying a month ago. Only after contacting was I told September box sold out and supposedly I would get my box in October. I still have not received it. Communication and customer service very poor.”
