“Very happy with the whole process, order was delivered in a good time even though I ordered just before the new year and I believe company was on xmas break, (they called to let me know the bed was ready and arrange delivery day). The bed is well made, sturdy and fitted together perfectly, looks great.”

“I purchased my bed in November and the room is still scented with the smell of the pine in December, just before Christmas, wonderful. Well packaged, solid tongue and groove design and easy set up. New bedding and it all adds up to a great night of sleep. I love it and smile every night when I tuck in. Thanks to everybody at The Wooden Bed Company! Sincerely, Ken Baker”

“Very good quality bed. Relatively easy to put together. Customer service was very responsive, but couldn’t initially provide a delivery estimate. Organised very quickly once it was ready - took about 2 and a half weeks.”

Hello, thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear you found your Model 1 easy to assemble and you found our customer service team responsive. Our estimated dispacth time is advertised on the website, as everything is handmade to order it's sometimes hard to give exact dispacth dates but we do call whenever the order is ready to arrange convenient delivery dates :)
