Hi Giuseppina, thanks for your review. We are pleased to hear you are happy with your Model 3 Double bed and you found our customer service team helpful. I have taken a look at the photos you sent and their is a very minimal amount of cupping which is to be expected from this product, once you put your mattress on top of the slats they will be perfectly flat again :)
