Treated messed up the delivery of my order on two occasions. Not normally a big deal - except this delivery had to be refrigerated and somebody home to receive it. Although they resent the new order, Josh in customer services was just awful to deal with. No acknowledgment of fault or an apology. A real shame that one employee has meant I will be using another company in the future.

I was home for the last three deliveries. The delivery person from DPD took a picture without ringing at my door. Three times I missed the deli and I always called back DPD 10 minutes after the attempted delivery. I asked DPD straight after to follow up on the driver and why he did not call me on my mobile. It is a secured apartments/townhouse complex and the front gate has only a bell system to ring in the townhouse (as noted in the delivery instructions for DPD). Knocking on my door in the basement is not helping, as my townhouse has 3 levels and you cannot expect me to sit in the garden to wait for the delivery person. I have an internal intercom system that registered every ringing at the gate and every delivery from Treated in the last three attempts, the delivery guy has not used the bell system. I still got all my other deliveries, so how is this my fault as claimed by Treated. How can I know that somebody is waiting at the kitchen door, where the picture is taken who has not not even trying to call me? No phone calls as I have advised DPD to call when at the door. DPD is not following the delivery advice and that is why I ccould not received the package. I am not willing to take the blame and not paying for my medication if your delivery service is not following the delivery advice. Treated customer service told me that they will destroy my medication and not replace it. I received the medications 4 days later after paying EXTRA for a new delivery to my hospital. Your customer service is awful. This is not a solution to tell me that this is my responsibility when your delivery company is not following the delivery instructions . You lost a customer as I am not sure if the medication is still good.
