I have found that when I am injecting the medication to the area. There is still some liquid left in the needle and can’t get the full dose of what you’re meant to so hopefully somebody can help me figure this one out

Hi Jason, Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you weren't able to get the most out of your treatment. It sounds like there are air bubbles inside the syringe. To prevent this, try the following: 1. When drawing the fluid from the ampoule into the syringe, do this slowly to prevent air bubbles from forming. 2. Once the liquid is in the syringe, hold the syringe up, with the needle facing upwards and tap the syringe barrel until all the air bubbles rise to the top. Then slowly push the plunger until the first few droplets of fluid come out of the needle. This will remove the air bubbles and you should get the full dose. Not a lot to say really but the service provided by Treated has been brilliant. Fast, efficient and to be able to receive this product delivered directly to my flat, available as a repeat prescription has been superb.

The delivery couldn't be made, so the package was returned, destroyed and no refund. I would recommend having a package delivered to a place where you can pick up when you are able.

Hi Hugo, thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience, and I really appreciate you sharing this. Our delivery policy regarding refrigerated products is very strict and requires careful handling. According to our carrier, the delivery was attempted twice. Our carrier mentioned that it sent you text messages and left calling cards. On our side, we contacted you by email after each failed delivery. Despite our best efforts, we could not reach you and your parcel was not delivered. Due to the nature of your treatment, after 2 delivery attempts, the parcel was returned to us because it must be kept at a refrigerated temperature. Furthermore, once the parcel is returned to us, another delivery cannot be made since the treatment will be discarded by the pharmacy once it is no longer usable. For this reason, we cannot issue a refund. Once again, I apologize that our service did not satisfy your expectations. Maeva.
