“Nothing wrong with the product just object to being signed up for automatic reorder I wasn’t aware I agreed to. No notification it was happening (claimed to have sent an email but didn’t). Unable to return the product despite the fact it was not opened. Then when you cancel get a message that your ‘agreement’ with them is ‘paused’.”

We understand the importance of transparency in our treatment plans, and we want to clarify that once an order is placed with us, the treatment plan is displayed, ensuring our patients are fully aware before making any payment.
Having looked into your case, our records show an email was sent to you on the 19th July detailing that your treatment was about to be processed - allowing you the opportunity to make changes and pause your order. It may be the case that this was sent to your spam folder, and to avoid that happening in future we recommend you add Treated to your email contacts.
We aim to provide clear information about the subscription aspect of our services, and we apologise if this was not effectively communicated in this instance.

Este reagendamento , que fiz na sequência da vossa questão nesse sentido no supracitado email de aviso, não teve qualquer sequência e o produto foi enviado na mesma, na data originalmente programada.”
