So shop around as you’ll essentially need to price in two or three months worth of costs even if you decide to stop - and they will not accept returns or issue refunds.”

After reviewing your account activity, we did not find any records indicating that you had cancelled your subscription, nor did we receive any indication from you regarding a desire to pause it. As a result, a new treatment order was created for you on June 7th, 2024, as per the terms of your subscription. You should have received several emails notifying you of this order's processing.
Unfortunately, we can't issue refunds for orders that have already left our pharmacy, even if the delivery is refused and the parcel is returned to us. This policy is in place for patient safety, as we cannot reuse returned medications.
However, we have now paused your subscription, so no further deliveries will be made, and no additional charges will be incurred.
