Our service is subscription-based, which is clearly stated at multiple points on our site. You initially placed an order on an every 3-month subscription, which is why your second order was processed and shipped. We reached out a week before the second order was generated to check if you wanted to continue with the subscription, but we didn’t hear back, so we proceeded with your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for returned prescribed medicine as it cannot be reused and must be destroyed. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
