“After 3 months I am seeing a positive change in symptoms which are mainly around joint and muscle ache, energy levels, hot flushes and mood. They do not stick to me properly and I use a breathable layer over the patch to keep it in place (usually used over tattos) as I understand this does not interfere with the patch. This lost it a star in my rating. Great product and moved to deliveries every 3 months now.”
