I am very pleased that Treated prescribed the above form of HRT for me. I have/am undergoing a very difficult menopause, even now. Besides the physical effects the main problem was my unhappy mood and just did not function nearly as well without HRT. My whole family agree that this treatment has visibly improved my whole demeanor. Therefore, I look forward to receiving my regular supply. Thank you so much.

I ordered items that was supposed to be in stock, money left my bank yet the items were not in stock, still waiting for refund. Not a very good experiance.

Hi Helen, We are sorry to hear about any inconvenience you had while using our service. I would like to address your claims to provide some clarity to the situation. Having looked into your case, I can see that the treatment you ordered was shipped on the 6th of September, and you confirmed it had arrived with yourself on the 10th of September, and again on the 12th. From your records, I can find no instance of you paying for an item that did not arrive. It seems the item did arrive, but was unsuitable for you, which is completely fine. Everyone's medical journey is unique and can often require trial and error to find the best treatment. As per your request, your subscription has been paused and your account archived.
