“I was a bit nervous about using Zyban because of the reports of about bad dreams etc. I started taking it, stopped for a few days, and then started again. Within a couple of days of starting the full dose I had stopped inhaling tobacco. I used the Zyban with NRT Patches, and this combination has helped me to stop. It has only been a few days so far, but this is the longest I have been without inhaling nicotine for a year or two, so I would say it is working. Also, no bad dreams. This is against advice, but I take one tablet at night before going to sleep and it knocks me out. I wake uk in the morning having slept well.”
