“Absolutely disgusted with the ethics of the company who sold me this product knowing I was awaiting another. I accidentally ordered more than I needed first time but it wasn’t regulated. As a company they weee re happy to take the sale as their coffers were down because of the lack of supply of virtually every single product except for Orlistat.
Orlistat Isra rapidly made my stomach very painful and made me feel very poorly. I had a follow up call explaining that to them and they would not refund but told me o could purchase the medication I required as it ‘ had just come in’.
I question the ethics of selling me a product I had never wanted but had because Treated could not supply anything else and they recommended Orlistat. The company have behaved immorally. Orlistat was a poor product.”

In regards to stock, Wegovy has had shortages worldwide, and we didn't know until very recently that we would be able to access a very small and limited supply. This is most likely why another treatment option was suggested to you, as it could have been a much longer wait.
Unfortunately, every treatment is different for the individual, and it can be difficult to predict how one person might react to a treatment versus another. Orlistat is a treatment that works for a lot of people, but in this case it did not meet your expectations. I can assure you that we would not prescribe a medication if we in any way thought it a poor product.
