“It takes a long time before it is dispatched. Finally my parcel was sent to The Netherlands but it took too long. The medicine should be in temperature controlled packaging but it was not at all cool when it arrived. The packaging was wet so maybe something melted? The pens need to be kept between 2 – 8 degrees Celcius, which they were definitely not. Do not order at Treated!”

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay in dispatching your parcel. We can confirm that your parcel was dispatched on 03/11/2023 and out for delivery on 03/13/2023, which is within our usual delivery timeframe of 24-48 hours.
Regarding the temperature-controlled packaging, we take the safe transportation of medicines very seriously. We can assure you that the pens were packed with appropriate temperature control measures. However, we are sorry to hear that the packaging was wet upon arrival. We will investigate this matter with our delivery partner to ensure that such incidents are avoided in the future.
