“A poster on a health website I use explained the importance of Vitamin K when taking Vitamin D3 and Calcium for Osteoporosis. “Hi my names is Bob I love Troohealthcare's Vit K2 Mk7 here's why: When you work out the price per gram of actual Vit-K2 you are getting I have found Troohealthcare to be the cheapest online. Plus not only that they are the best quality I have found too! They come in capsule not tablet which means you can open them if needed to add to a blender drink to increase the absorption. I have been taking them for over a year and no longer need a filing in my tooth as the tooth decay has completely arrested much to my dentist's surprise!! “After a 12 weeks course of Vitamin D3 prescribed by the NHS I had to buy an over the counter product.
