“Having been told I was on the verge of Osteoporosis I did some serious reading on the subject and it became apparent that for me, Vitamin K2 Mk7-Natto was going to be a pretty vital component in my meds. That and increased Vit D3 & an increase in my Magnesium, and additionally, Chelated copper and Chelated Manganese were added to my already pretty comprehensive list. I will have to wait till my Dexa scan in May to know if they have done the trick but I'm certainly HOPING!”
