My doctor recommended I take them to help absorb the vitamin d I now have to take . The k2 I just swallow with my d tablets.

I take Vit K2 because I am on bone strengthening medication for other conditions I have. Vit K2 diverts the calcium (from the bone medication) directly to the bones instead of it going elsewhere in the body.

I take it for osteoporosis, I still don't know if it's working
