How satisfied are you with the size? The size is wrong– Too small

“Hi, Last month I received an email to write a review. I send an email back that I still haven’t received them. Haven’t heard from it since. I did receive the shoes at first but they were to small. Send them back a waited for a new pair. I thought it was really thoughtful to receive a letter last autumn, thanking me for my patience because due to material shortages I took longer than aspected. Unfortunately I still don’t have them and so I can’t write a honest review about the product. But hopefully this time I’ll get a response on my email I send last month.”
