“The tracking in the delivery company says that it was delivered at my place 5 days ago but it was not possible cause I was not at home. I contacted support@tropicfeel.com that same day to solve the problem and so they would get in contact with the delivery company and I am still waiting for a reply. Dreadful customer support, I do not know where my bag is neither what else to do.”

“You’ve been lying to me for months. Shame on you. I have an order that should’ve been delivered in April, and I’m still waiting. I’ve been promised I’ll get my tracking number by the end of the week, and that was three weeks ago… still haven’t received it. Shame on you guys.”

“We (motorcycle riders) know the No.1 problem when it comes to motorcycle travel: limited space and weight issues for the luggage.
