My girlfriend loves the colour and she is quite excited of the size of the toiletry bag as well. Thanks Tropic feel :)

Vlad, we thank you! Welcome to the Tropicfeel Family :) Tropicfeel Team
Pretty much everything about this system is great. The toiletry pouch attaches and releases easily but is secure. The pockets are good for organization, although I do wish there was a second zipper pouch. The only negative for me (which isn't any different from any other toiletry pouch I've had) is that with such a good water resistant outer, I wish the interior had the same quality. Any spills are well contained in the pouch as a hole, but I wish they were contained specifically in the interior pockets so that ALL of my toiletries didn't get messed up. But a great job in limiting the damage to the rest of the bag.

The toiletry bag is made of good material and I like how it attaches to the backpack. But it is far too small to be functional for more than a short weekend away. If you wear contact lenses and deodorant, forget about it. It’s not going to fit.

As avid travelers my wife and I loved your promotional videos and were so excited to receive and use the Shell pack... First trip was this past weekend and it is difficult to express how disappointed we both are in the poorly executed features and design compared to a $70 Backpack on Amazon. I don't want to just complain about everything. The materials are decent quality (zippers are average at best), but every detail seems like it was never tested or designed by someone that has actually ever used a backpack. 1) The over-shoulder straps are way too rigid and very uncomfortable. My wife and I are used to going hours on end but within minutes we were feeling the edges of the straps digging into our shoulders and chest. At 30 minutes the pain is unbearable. 2) The had stapes (Top and Side) are way too small and thin (no padding). So you are trying to lift a 20-pound bag with 2 or 3 fingers (because that's all that fits) and they are very thin (like a shoestring) so so it cuts through your fingers like a knife. Even a cheap backpack has a fully padded, full Hand sized carrying strap! 3) The "Expandable Kangaroo Pouch" will only fit light tennis shoes US size 9 (EU 43) or less. Hiking boots or trail runners... forget it! 4) The laptop compartment is basically inaccessible due to a design flaw. There is a large Velcro flap that covers the top of the laptop pouch, which you can't open because it is blocked by the clothing organizer in the pack. You have to completely open the backpack (full clamshell) to open the velcro flap to access the laptop. Not so easy on a plane/bus/car or anywhere because you need a ton of space and anything lose comes falling out. Again, a $70 backpack has an easy access laptop sleeve. 5) The "Wardrobe System" has a small loop for hanging but unless there is a nail or small hook in the wall it won't fit so you can't hang it anywhere. Why not add a hook that stows away under a velcro flap so that you can actually hang it as purposed? Also, synching down the "Wardrobe System" to save space is nearly impossible because it's too flimsy (it just folds back like an accordion and everything comes out) and is poorly designed (you have synch one side at a time, which shifts the contents and it then becomes uneven). Why not have the synching straps connect on the top and bottom so that you can just pull up/down and tighten the entire thing at once and evenly? 6) The extra connecting pouches are a good idea but again poorly executed. They connect well but stick out too far on the edges (big gap between pouch and backpack) so they get caught and snagged on EVERYTHING. Why not add a small fold-over (similar to the way too small "kangaroo pouch") to make it seamless instead of a snag magnet? 7) Not many external pockets compared to way cheaper backpacks. So, you can't wear it for more than 30 minutes without your arms going to sleep. You can't pick it up with the 'way too small' hand strap as it will cut off circulation to the 2/3 fingers you can fit. You can't easily access your laptop (this drove me crazy in the airport!!). You can't hang the "Hanging Wardrobe Organizer" or synch it down with ease. The shoe pouch doesn't fit shoes. The pay extra pooches just cause a snagging problem. AND it cost me 5 times what my previous and again current (because this is unusable in comparison) backpack cost.
