“Be careful when buying this in combination with another Tropicfeel bag, it doesn’t fit. For example in the 40 liters roller bag it’s pretty much impossible to use it without piercing through the top, let alone using the top compartment of the bag. Plus: it doesn’t really give you more space, it’s quite bulky and isn’t designed to fit efficiently. So: nice idea but I wouldn’t recommend it.”

“The wardrobe is a great product, I had no probelms with it but ended up needing to return it as my travel plans changed and I no longer needed the wardrobe. The return process was extremely frustrating. First, the product went on sale a few days after I bought it. I requested a price adjustement which any other company I've ever interacted with has been willing and able to provide. Tropicfeel refused to provide a price adjustment becuase their automated system wasn't capable of providing a refund. To make matters worse, it's very difficult to receive help from a human being at Tropicfeel as they are reliant on automated messages, both in their online chat funciton and even after sending an email to their Support Team I still received an automated message reply which did not address my request at all. Making matters worse, their whole return process is reliant on an "autmoated return system" with zero flexibility. I needed to return two items from two different orders and they refused to allow me to send both in the same box with one shipping label becuase their "automated return system wouldn't be able to process this and it will take awhile as our warehouse will need to manually check the box which is not something we normally do." I was told that unless I paid for two shipping labels they would not guarantee my refund. It's a shame to see a company that seems to have great products be so frustrating to work with becuase they refuse to provide customers with any flexibility beyond what their cost cutting automated systems can handle.”

“It's so convenient. It leaves enough space in my backpack so I can still take other stuff with me. The tshirts stick out a bit but thats fine. The hook has a narrower opening than I'd like, but wherever it doesnt fit I use the loop. Awesome produkt.”
