“The wardrobe works very well. Suggestions: Make it a bit lighter if possible without weakening it. Make the compartments larger, even if it means fewer of them. Add straps or webbing front and back so side compression straps don't cause front and back to push out when they are tightened. These suggestions are the result of using it as a carry-on bag, where size and weight matter.”

“You delivered the wrong products. It has been almost a month since I ordered, and I'm still going through your return/exchange process. Your support service is useless. The return/exchange process is a joke. You have shown to me that you are a very disorganised and disfunctonal company. Your support service staff asks me to rate their service before even resolving my issue. I haven't got what I paid for. I feel that I am scammed by your company. Terrible expericence.”
