“Love the shoes absolutely hate the service. The shoes are well made and fit like a glove. I had to pay an extra $48 CAD as they were shipped from Hong Kong and no one responded to my inquiries about the shipping costs. Looking forward to taking them on my backpacking trips when travel resumes and going to spread how difficult it is to get a straight answer from the company due to the terrible service. Overall, the shoes are great but the poor customer service leaves a lot to be desired. No more than 2 stars.”

“Love it Quite comfortable other than the shoe laces being a little too tight because they are elastic. But it should get better after a few more wears.”

“Ankle hurts as the back of the shoes was too high. All the more uncomfortable when wearing without a socks. Socks with low cutting does not match well. High cutting socks destroys the looks. Front of the shoes does not come with a guard for the toes. Toes hurts when using shoes for trekking due to occasional impact to the front of the shoes.”
