“I am happy to have bought them, they are quite comfortable, just rub on one side near the top because of a badly placed stitch. They look nice,, size fits just fine, might buy another pair.”

“I ordered 10.5 US W, and they shipped 7.5 US W.... 3 weeks later, and after 2 emails asking why they weren't shipping. Not sure why they went ahead and shipped the wrong size when their email response said my size was out of stock. Mixup somewhere. Obviously I didn't get to wear the shoes, but visually they looked nice. And felt like a comfortable material. Unfortunately they don't have my size in stock and I needed them now, as I'm leaving the country in a couple of weeks. So just canceled the order. Customer service was great handling the return and refund though. Got a prepaid return label same day, and refund showed up a couple days later.”

“In essence I am 8.5/10 happy with the product. Very good and recommendable, would even buy a second pair. In the pros: very easy wear. Real easy to put on, look good, are comfy, breathable, and light weight. From day one liked them, with and without socks. What I think needs improvement: there is no guidance on the fit of the shoe, so it is slightly tight and given how soft it is, the toes and nails (short/clipped) do show. I would recommed to go high on the shoe size. There is no ease of exchange like with most popular brands where I just put them back in the box, peel a sticker and off I go. The other thing, the sole is slightly hard. Decided not to investigate how to exchange, as I hoped to receive an email to ask me how it was. Well, it came, asking for feedback but not asking whether the shoe fits.”
