“First, discount from the advert did not apply. Ok, still completed my order. Then delivery took more than one more month than expected/indicated. Altough all shipping cost were supposed to be covered, it came from China and I am supposed to pay additional customs fee. The worst thing, the shoes do not fit properly. There is something wrong with the shape as there is pressure in the front from outer side on both shoes. The size in general is ok but with this asymmetrical pressure I won't be able to wear them for longer than half an hour. The lady from support was friendly but all she did is to say how sorry she was. Seriously??? I wanted to do something good for the environment but much better it would have been to buy some of those shoes which are too many in my country already, for a better fit and cheaper.”

“They feel very comfortable and seem well made, however they seem slightly tight width-wise, so much so the the tongue is always creased and hence create some discomfort after a while due to that tightened sensation. And the elastic laces aren't long enough to loosen up the width more. Pity because otherwise they are very comfortable shoes. Maybe widening them up a bit in the next production will solve the problem. The Canyon shoes I already own don't suffer from that problem, probably because they are less elastic than the Calas”

“The back of the shoe looks a bit off. There is a gap between my heel and the back of the shoe. The shoes are a tad too tight at the sides”

“The tropicfeel writing on the inside of the shoe peels off after 2nd time wearing them and sticks to the soles of my feet. All in all I am not as happy with them as I thought I would be.”
