“I ordered two pairs in Juli crowdfunding campaign) for me and my boyfriend. We both love the shoes, their design and comfort. But I was not prepared for the amount of fees I had to pay for the shipping to Germany 63,47 Euro) AND that they charged the fee according to the regular price instead not the reduced crowdfunding price. Only answer of customer Service was, that they declared on their website that extra fees could be charged and that they were sorry. I strongly advice you to mention possible fees in the order confirmation. THAT would be customer friendly and proactive”
