“I like the shoe, the feel However on second use the stopper for lace broke. I have contacted support 2 times with picturea, get no support at all. I instead receive a rating on their service which is quite useless when I get no support with the broken lace stopper I hate so send review as this but since I get no response at all for last weeks I hope support at least reads a review Btw the shoe is great except for lace stopper”
