“Received the shoes well within the noted delivery times. They're very good-looking and instantly comfortable. I haven't yet had chance to use them as wet shoes so alas can't comment on this, yet.”

“After initially being wowed with the shoe I’m sorry to say it’s all top shoe. After wearing occasionally since they were bought the material at the front of the left shoe is starting to deteriorate. I think it’s a quality issue the Tropicfeel team feels it’s wear and tear. This was done online they did not actually inspect the shoe! If this is what happens after wearing only occasionally for barely 6 months given the quality clearly does not match the price I would think about purchasing. The Tropicfeel team offered me a 20% discount code whereas I would have been happy with a replacement if it was a quality issue. With what they’ve offered me it sounds like they are acknowledging that there is a general quality issue with these shoes.”

“Hoping you can help, I am yet to receive my order so unfortunately I am unable to officially review. I purchased the trainers on the 17th January, when payment was taken and I was told was fulfilled on the 20th January (by checking the status no email) but so far the UPS tracking status has only printed a label. This despite the good being in stock at the time of purchase and not a pre-order. Please can you confirm that the goods have indeed been dispatched as the order status is saying fulfilled and is approaching 11 days at this status without sign of the trainers? “The problem I had with my last pair was that on my last trip the heel grip rubbed my back ankle so much that it cut my ankle when I was walking about, this new shoe with the fold down heel solves that issue when not in use in the water.”
