“Shoes are great but the sprint laces broke and I can't get a replacement for them. Sent an email over 3 weeks ago and still have not received replacement. Have a pair of shoes that I cannot wear over something simple. Very disappointing customer service.”

“I was looking for a slip on shoe for walking around London. Something light I could easily carry. Whilst the Canyons fit that description their design leads to significant pain and bruising on my foot. Where the lace holes have been reinforced with each step the reinforcing material digs into my big toe joint. I do not suffer from any foot condition, I can only imagine I got a poor set. I would have returned the canyons if my partner did not throw away the box without checking first.”

“Loved the shoes. Good quality and workmanship. My problem came from the heel which seemed very cupped on my pair. It was more cupped that the images online so perhaps it was a manufacturing issue. It rubbed my heel red within 5 mins of wearing in the home so I returned them and purchased the Dunes. I was also annoyed that the website says free exchanges, but I was only allowed to exchange for a few options and the Dunes weren’t on the list so I have to pay $8 to return. It seems like the items have to be the exact price and the system is incapable of refunding partial amounts.”

“The shoes feels great. Not to hot. Good option for life in the tropics. I'm happy with the shoes. My only complain is that the shoes wear out very quickly. the sole on the side becomes very thin”

“I switched to the monsoon, and I like them a lot better. But not sure how long you can wear them. Y'all need to copy allbirds for your heel area, the material you're using isn't soft and rubs your heel.”
