“I have written 2 e-mails already with no reply: 1) Hello Tropicfeel Team, I was really excited to finally receive the two pairs of shoes today – but was not happy when I saw how bashed up the package was (photo enclosed). That can happen – most important is that the items inside the box were okay. I tried on my pair – which I thought could be worn without socks, but they are too raw on the inside, so I put on socks and went for a test walk for an hour. I’m sorry to say, I am not impressed at all. I don’t see how they are really any different from any other sneakers in the same price range and even those which at much less expensive. Needless to say, I’m not at all a satisfied customer! I was hoping for really special shoes from the way they are promoted. Please send me a return slip for the post and a refund when the items arrive. It’s really too bad that they weren’t all that we expected, but I wish your new firm success.”

“I really like the shoes, just wish the material was more durable over time as my outside toes always cause a hole in it so the shoes last me about 6 months to a year at most before the holes get too big.”
